摘要

针对红外雨量传感器控制系统中的雨刮器电机起动电流过大的问题

提出了采用占空比可变的PWM波来限制雨刮器电机起动电流的方法

并设计了具有软起动功能的雨刮器电机控制器.文中首先使用Matlab/Simulink软件进行系统仿真

仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性.实验结果表明该方法可将电机的起动冲击电流降低50%以下

有效的解决了雨刮器电机由于频繁起动导致的过热问题

减少了电机起动过程中的铜损

延长了电机的使用寿命.该方法电路结构简单

经济实用.

Abstract

This paper presents a method by PWM that changes duty cycle about soft-start of motor aimed at the problem that wiper blades motor causes the strong impact of current when it is started.This paper designs a wiper motor controller with soft-start function.In this paper

the simulation is done with Matlab/Simulink simulation and get a preferable results.After that

experiments show that the method can reduced the impact of the electrical current to 50 percent below the original current.The method can efficientl...
