With the development of 5G and IoT

centralized cloud computing models cannot adapt to new application scenarios

and edge cloud technologies have emerged. This article introduces the concept

framework

key technologies and service capabilities of telecom edge cloud from the perspective of operators

and introduces some practices of China Telecom. Finally

some suggestions are put forward for the development of telecom edge cloud.
