In this paper

a compact extruder + a one-piece mold free process method is proposed for small-size flat arc optical cable

which can effectively solve the problems of the traditional outdoor optical cable extruder

such as the size and attenuation of the finished product’s appearance structure and mechanical properties failing to meet the standard

providing a reference for the optical cable manufacturing industry to produce such structure optical cable.
