In this paper

we discussed the producing technology of miniature thin-walled PBT coat. In the production process

we test the PBT materials

to optimize the configuration of extrusion die

optimizing filling process of fiber jelly

etc.

overcomes the technical problems by micro-thin-walled PBT coat producing

and last we improves the production efficiency and product pass rate.
