Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization

information tamperability and privacy. With the rapid development of information technologies such as big data and cloud computing

its application prospect is more extensive. Taking transaction as the starting point

this paper introduces the implementation of blockchain technology in detail from the operation process of blockchain

consensus system and so on. Taking the transportation field as an example

this paper briefly describes the development status of the transportation field

combined with the application characteristics of blockchain technology

analyzes the advantages and application ideas of blockchain technology in the transportation field.
