The integrality of digital video signal is one of the major problems of multimedia application.This paper raised an integrated circuit architecture of the pre-processing and identification of digital video signals and did the FPGA based verification.This architecture could accept parallel video signals and efficiently solve the signal integrality problems caused by unstable clock or PCB noise

regenerate the high quality video signal.The architecture has video signal system adapting and error warning function.This paper describes the units and the arithmetic of the architecture and the application on Alteras EP2C8 FPGA.The result shows that the architecture works efficiently on the target of pre-processing and identification of digital video signals.
