This paper introduces a device suitable for data acquisition of small satellite which adopted the CAN bus. The device aims at application in the ground test equipment for small satellite. It takes FPGA as the center which controls the periphery CAN controller and A/D converter to implement the acquisition of digital and analog signal. The paper describes the hardware composition

software design and gives out the results of on-chip test. Test results show that the device has a complete function and stable operation. It also has some reference value for the engineering practice.
