Abstract

The election and implementation of the code discriminator is very important during the tracking process. This article study the implementation of the most common algorithm-noncoherent early minus late discriminator

based on the research of different algorithms for code discriminator. We propose a new algorithm--one half approximation structure for the code discriminator

under the same precisoin

requires less area and has superior performance.
