Due to the deadlock problem of network on chip

the paper designs one fully adaptive router

which based on the proposed thought- adaptive routing algorithms of virtual network.It mainly introduces the structure of the routers system and algorithm

in the end

a high effective and good performance router is completed

and simulates in the 2D Mesh topology structure.It makes the router deadlock-free adaptive routing come true

reducing the average network latency

and improving the network throughput.
