摘要

文中介绍了风力发电机故障诊断系统中基于DSP的振动信号分析过程及实现.该信号分析模块利用TMS320C6713丰富的片上资源完成了对多路高速高精度采样信号的实时获取

对各路信号采样频率、分析方式的灵活配置

对原始信号的RMS (Root Mean Square)、峰峰值等特征的计算和频域特性分析

并将分析结果发送至系统后端用于对风机运行状况进行远程监测和故障诊断.在时频域分析之前加入可配置的巴特沃斯数字滤波器和同步重采样处理

以滤除环境中信号噪声和避免频谱泄露.

Abstract

Wind Generator Diagnostics System is built with the purpose of reducing the cost of wind generator maintenance and increasing the diagnostic rate.The vibration analysis module of the diagnostics system is implemented with the DSP of TMS320C6713

by the resource of which the high precise signal of vibration from multi-channels is got from the sampling board

calculated RMS % peak-peak result

done FFT and sent to the backend of the system for futher analysis.Neccassary signal pre-processing is also inserted into the process

including digital Butterworth filter and synchronous resampling

to avoid the effect of noise and leakage on the frequency spectrum.The system has been checked and accepted by Siemens.
