Aim at the shortage of traditional fire monitoring systems

a novel early fire image detection system based on Wireless Sensor Network. The image sensors are used to collect real-time spot images

while the image information is transmitted to ARM processor by Wireless Sensor Network which has low power consumption. The fire image detection algorithm is made use to analyze and deal with the images to judge the generation of fire

and GPRS and Internet are utilized to achieve remote monitoring. Then

the fire detection system

with high technological advance and a good prospect

can be used to check and forecast whether the early fire happens.
