We proposed a signcryption based secure communication scheme and anonymous communication scheme for the Internet of things and analyzed the provable security of signcryption

including confidentiality

unforgeability and non-repudiation in Random Oracle model.As to efficiency analysis

the scheme achieves remarkable reduction in computational and communication cost compared with other secure protocols based on typical signature and encryption/decryption algorithms.With its superiority in computing and communication cost

it proves to be more suitable for resource-restricted environment in Internet of things and better satisfies the requirement of secure protocols in Internet of things

such as key management

secure routing

etc.
