Based on the theory of hiccups

this article proposed a kind of short-circuit protection circuits controlled by UC1843

and the principle was analyzed.For the short-circuit turn-off losses varies with the temperature

the improved protection circuits was proposed.Experiments results verified that the improved protection circuits can solve the problem that the short-circuit turn-off losses varies with the temperature

also can turn off with low power losses and can recover the short-circuit.
