A new charge pump applied in double power systems was presented.Though different voltages translated and controlled

high voltage was produced in double power systems

which is used for writing EEPROM cell.It used ZMOS transistors as switch transistors to improve efficiency.When charge pump didnt work

every subcircuit was cut off to realize low power.Simulation results show:the new charge pumps have high performance

shorter start up time and a strong drive-power.It was actually used in Dual Digitally Controlled Potentiometer chip normally.This circuit had been realized in the SMIC 0.18m CMOS technology and reached the request.
