A novel design of subthreshold pulse generator has been proposed based on SMIC 130 nm process.It utilizes 3-input NAND as the delay cell

which equilibrate the pull-up delay and pull-down delay relatively better

and hence improves the stability of the delay path.The function of the new pulse generator is insusceptible to the process and temperature variation and it can generate stable pulse at 0.3Vsupply voltage through different process corner and-40~25℃ temperature scale.
