Based on the research of configuration memory and configuration structure of SRAM-based FPGAs
find that if the frame data in FPGA configuration file is 0/1 inverted
the configuration memory will be artificially flipped correspondingly. So single event upset (SEU) effect of FPGA can be simulated.Based on partial reconfiguration technology
propose a fault injection system to evaluate SEU in SRAM-based FPGA.Partial reconfiguration is realized by ICAP
without additional hardware. The fault injection system is implemented on XUP XC2VP30 board.By the analyze of the sensitivity of SEU of three typical FPGA design
verify the effectiveness of the system and the hardening effect of three modular redundancy.
