an intelligent vertical switching hybrid algorithm (ABC-PSO) is proposed based on artificial ant colony algorithm (ABC) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) considering different available wireless networks
application requirements and user preferences. Compared with the related work
the simulation results show that the ABC-PSO algorithm has lower cost
communication delay
higher available bandwidth and fewer switching times.
