摘要

本文重点论述如何为基于TCP/IP的计算机网络“量身定做”网络管理系统。首先介绍了网络管理的定义、网络管理体系结构。天津通信电信管理网是天津通信公司为了实现对本地电话网程控交换机的远程监控和集中操作维护而构建的计算机广域网络系统。本文深入讨论了天津通信电信管理网网络管理系统的设计与实现。

Abstract

The paper focuses its discussion on how to design a network management system specialized in computer networks based on the TCP/IP protocol. At first

the paper introduces a definition of network management and the structure of its system. As a wide area computer system

which is regarded as remote supervision and centralize operation and maintenance for local switch systems. The paper deeply discusses a process in design and realizing of a network management system of telecommunications management networks of Tianjin Communications.
