本文首先提出了IPSec安全联盟（SA）的定义和功能

并分析了SA工作的基本组合方式

然后对SA数据库及其处理进行了深入的研究和探讨

最后阐述了如何管理SA。

Abstract

This paper firstly brings up the definition and function of IPSec Security Association （SA）

and analyses the basic combination mode of SA working

then SA databases and their processes are researched and discussed deeply. At last

how to manage SA is argued.
