It’s very important to support OAM in the maintenance and management of ATM network.Therefore

the article briefly introduces the function of the OAM cells at first. After that

it emphasizes the work principle and mechanism of the ATM F5 cell

further gives an example the author suffered in debugging ATM/FR network using OAM F5 technology.
