摘要

TAP3是由MOU TADIG组根据GSM移动业务发展状况及各运营商之间国际漫游账务清算的实际状况

在TAP1、TAP2、TAP2+的基础上制定的。MO2000年9账务清算中开始使用TAP3（3.1）。到现在

TAP3版本已经从3.1升级到3.10GSM国际TAP3支持的主BOSS支撑体系对于TAP3的实现策略与实施方案。

Abstract

TAP3 is the new standard for operators to exchange billing data made by MOU TADIG

which is raised from TAP1

TAP2 and TAP2+. According to MOU documents

all the operators should implement it before Mar 31st

2000. Most operators could not implement before this time

then the deadline was adjusted to June 4th

2000. And after Sep 2000

all the TAP data below specification 3 will be refused and rejected. Up to now

TAP3.10 is the new version

which can support more and new services. This paper introduces what is TAP3 format

the influence of TAP3 format on CMCC GSM international roaming services

during the procedure that the CMCC implement it

how CMCC discuss about it and modify it.
