摘要

传统呼叫中心升级到IP网络呼叫中心

往往采用H.323协议。而采用H.323在IP网络呼叫中心实现呼叫模型有一定难度。本文提出H.450和H.245两种实现方式

并对两者进行分析和比较。

Abstract

When traditional call center transfers to IP call center

it always makes use of H.323 protocol. But it’s difficult for H.323 protocol to realize the CSTA call mode in IP call center. This article gives two ways

namely through H.450 protocol or H.245 protocol

to overcome it

and then analyzes the two ways and compares one from another.
