2003年

中国下一代互联网（CNGI）示范项目正式启动

我国IPv6发展进程进入实质性部署阶段。与此同时

美国国防部最大的IPv6试验网络Moon6完成第一阶段测试

并启动第二阶段测试工作。以IPv6为基础的下一代互联网提供了一个改变旧规则

重新划定起跑线的机会。在未来的5～10年中

中国将面临巨大的机遇和挑战。本文通过美国的IPv6危机、中国的IPv6机遇、全球IPv6产业发展情况、中国IPv6产业发展状况、IPv6商用进程所面临的挑战及2004年IPv6发展态势等不同视角

深入探讨了中国领跑IPv6的机遇和挑战。

Abstract

IPv6 development has stepped in a brand new stage with the coming of China next generation Internet project in 2003. At same time the largest project of US DOD:IPv6 Trial Network has completed the first stage test and begun the second one. The next IPv6-based Internet provides a chance of rewrite traditional rule of Internet and competition with western countries. The document intends to the opportunity and challenge that China will face based on introduction of IPv6 challenges in US
