本文详细介绍了IEEE802.16各种协议标准

比较了各种WiMAX的物理层技术

分析了WiMAX、Wi-Fi和蜂窝系统的各种优劣

重点阐述了WiMAX的组网方案

根据尽量对目前正使用网络兼容和补充的原则

提出了WiMAX组网分3阶段进行的策略

并且给出了每阶段的详细组网方案。

Abstract

an d pr es en te d the k ey tec hn olog ie s in the physical layer for different IEEE 802.16 standards. According to the comparison of WiMAX

Wi-Fi and 3G systems

the network deployment for WiMAX is presented. There are three phases for WiMAX to evolution to a standalone worldwide network. The detail network deployment strategy for each phase is proposed.
