there are no related domestic specifications or standards so far to be used for such huge building design. This paper introduces the anti-earthquake philosophy design for a huge building which constructed with a roof steel tower as well as introduces 2 simplified calculation methods. In practice
by using these methods
it will be quick to estimate what is the earthquake influence in case of the roof steel tower to be added to a huge building. There is acceptable error when we make a comparison between calculation result and analyzed result.
