必须具备及时、高效的处理能力。辽宁移动BOSS故障处理系统正是为了及时准确地处理相关故障和投诉而开发的。本文对辽宁移动BOSS故障处理系统进行了3层设计的相关描述

展示了系统工作的主要流程

并对系统的设计建设情况做出了总结和展望。

Abstract

Today operators are trying their best to improve network and services when they face competition in the Telecommunication Market

So BOSS must have instant and effective ability to solve troubles that users have found. In order to solve troubles of LiaoNing’s BOSS

we have designed and developed the trouble managing system. This paper depicts the structure

the flow and construction of the trouble managing system

and exhibits the further of the trouble managing system.
