摘要

本文论述了H.264采用的新技术特点

它实现了在低码流下达到优质的图象质量并保证了网络的QoS

但同时对硬件的要求较高。并简要分析了基于H.264的远程数字视频监控系统的实现。

Abstract

This paper describes some characteristics of the new technology of H.264

which will improve image quality in low-rate stream and quarantee the QoS of network and this requires high quality hardwares. The author here gives us a brief analysis of how to realize the remote digital video surveillance system based on H.264.
