摘要

电信网络管理的目标是要最大限度地利用电信网络资源

提高网络的运行质量和效率

向用户提供良好的通信服务。故障管理子系统在其中扮演着重要的角色

其系统结构和实现方式对于提高整个电信管理网的稳定性起着重要的作用。本文介绍了一种故障管理子系统的组成方式和实现机制

并体现出这种故障管理子系统的优势。

Abstract

Make maximal use of resources and raising the quality and efficiency

provide good service for user is a target of TMN. The fault management acting important role. Its system structure and implement method is important for raising stability of TMN. One method of a compound and implementation of fault management to be recommended

and materialize advantage of the fault management system.
