随着电信新业务的不断涌现

码号资源日益紧张

同时国家已实行了对码号资源的收费

因此码号资源的规划越来越被大家所重视

本文对如何做好新型固网运营商码号资源的规划提出了几点建议。

Abstract

With the constant springing of new services of telecommunications

the resources of phone numbers are becoming greatly limited. Meanwhile

as the nation has begun to charge for phone numbers

the planning of phone numbers are being paid more and more attention. The article puts forward several suggestions on how to do the planning of phone numbers of new PSTN operator.
