本文简要总结了通信线路建设过程中存在的若干问题

分析了出现这些问题的主要原因

提出了解决问题的建议

呼吁工程建设的各个部门高度重视通信线路的建设质量。

Abstract

This essay summarizes briefly some issues of the process of the LOC construction and analyze the main causes of these issues

give the suggestion to serve these issues

appeal to all of the deparment of engineering construction to emphasize clearly the quality of contraction of LOC.
