摘要

本文对湖南省电信计费中监控子系统进行了改进和优化设计

在对该系统特点、要求做介绍后

着重阐述对原系统存在的几个主要问题的优化设计。新系统满足了业务发展的需求

提高了整个计费系统的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract

We redesigned the monitor and control subsystem in Hu?nan telecommunication billing system. Putting emphasis on improving it’s security and reliability. New system met the requirement of business and improved the stability and reliability of billing system.
