With the friendly cooperation of engineers as well as 9-month laborious efforts

the program of re-establishing the apartments appertaining to our ministry has been finally approved. And we have got The Permit of Building Program at last. During this period

many departments have been involved in the process of applying. Their different requirements on the designing and applying issues

in my opinion

are very valuable to be the reference of designers. If our engineers can take more consideration of those aspects in the stage of designing

it will be greatly helpful for the designing and applying work of buildings’ owners. Now I would like

therefore

to publish the written record of this process with the aim of making exchange with my colleagues. And I am open to all your ideas.
