同时重点介绍了TD-SCDMA技术的发展情况。最后就3G网络发展提出了一些建议。

Abstract

This paper mainly described the 3G global market

the development trends

and also described the development of TD-SCDMA technology. Finally some suggestions about 3G network construction was also presented in the paper.
