摘要

随着语音业务的饱和和移动数据业务的发展

移动数据业务越来越成为运营商业务收入的主要增长点

由于现在的预付费用户占移动用户的绝大部分

因此GPRS实时计费系统就成为了必需而且非常必要。本文对实时计费系统的设计方案做了详细的介绍。

Abstract

Following the voice telecommunication service becoming saturated and the development of mobile data service

data service plays more and more important in revenue’s increase. And now the prepaid subscrib- ers are the major part of mobile subscribers

so the GPRS on-line charging system is necessary and urgently needed. The paper describes the design solution of on-line charging system in detail.
