围绕节能降耗和维护费用的精细化管理方面做重点改进和创新性突破。在省公司的帮助指导下

在通过创新提升管理水平

通过创新提高维护效率和降低维护成本方面取得了显著成效。赣州分公司基站电费管理创新的经验和做法得到了省公司网络部的高度评价和肯定

并作为典型经验在全省做重点交流推广。同时还获得省公司工会“建设节约型企业合理化建议”金点子

并上报集团公司。现将赣州分公司基站电费管理提升的经验和做法做简要剖析。

Abstract

Analyze the drawback of electricity fee management for base station based on the current status

the electricity economy solutions of base station are necessary. Some suggestions for the method of electric- ity economy of base station and electricity fee management are advanced according to the current status of base station.
