着重探讨如何充分发挥监控系统的作用

为移动通信网络新的运营维护管理模式提供科学理论依据。

Abstract

Power supply monitoring system（PSMS）has played an important role in the Operation and Maintenance（O&M）of base stations in China mobile.First in this article

typical applications of PSSS in China mobile are examined.New principles and methods are then proposed to improve the O&M of mobile communications network.
