摘要

本文讨论了IIP中基于VoiceXML的彩铃业务语音管理系统的开发背景

分析了Struts、Spring和Hibernate等开发技术在本系统中的应用。从系统体系结构、层间通信和主要工作流程等3个方面介绍了本系统的设计与实现。最后

从灵活性、开放性和效率等不同角度对本系统的设计与实现进行了总结与展望。

Abstract

Firstly

the paper briefly introduces the background of the VoiceXML-based IVR management system and gives detailed analysis of development technologies such as struts

spring and hibernate to realize it. The main part of this article introduces the design and implementation of this system from three aspects such as system architecture

inter-layer communication and main work flow. Finally

a summary and a prospect are given from the viewpoint of flexibility

openness and efficiency.
