总结了支持多媒体业务的下一代网络体系结构和流媒体技术的标准和协议;详细介绍了北邮国家重点实验室的下一代网络核心业务平台EBNCSP

给出了基于该平台的几种典型流媒体业务（如:多媒体会议、多媒体彩铃、视频点播等）的业务特点和业务流程。

Abstract

The architecture of Next Generation Network （NGN） supporting multimedia services

as well as the standards and protocols of streaming media technology

are summarized. The NGN core service platform EBNCSP that is developed in the state key lab of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications is discussed deeply

the service attributes and service flows of several typical streaming services （such as Multimedia CoNFerence

Multimedia Ring Back Tone

Video on Demand） based on EBNCSP are presented.
