摘要

本文分析了3G网络计费系统的设计要求

研究了目前一般的计费系统架构

提出一种基于业务特征的3G计费系统的体系结构

该体系结构能够帮助计费系统处理面向客户和合作伙伴的个性化、多样化

能够处理对业务计费的实时性

能够具有业务演变的动态适应性。

Abstract

A Business Character Based Architecture （BCBA） of CS is proposed after analyzing the requirement of 3G CS design and current usual architecture of CS. The BCBA enables CS to have an excellent performance in responding to the system requirement.
