A building network scheme of VoIP service based on mobile softswitch is first introduced

then this paper briefly describes various protection mechanisms on that scheme. Though analyzing the testing result of various VoIP networks’ performance based on softswith building in CMCC

the high reliability of this scheme is verified. The analysis and testing results both demonstrate that it is completely accords with the requirement of telecom network.
