摘要

本文通过对GSM系统和WCDMA系统所处频段传播路径损耗的研究

提出了一种利用GSM网络原有路测数据预测WCDMA信号强度的方法

使用该方法设计覆盖预测软件进行仿真分析

并通过试验网实测验证其可行性

该方法比使用类似电子地图类覆盖预测方法更适合与已广泛建有GSM网络的移动运营商规划WCDMA网络

同时对其他制式的3G系统的规划具有一定的工程指导意义。

Abstract

Through the research of the radio propagation path loss in WCDMA and GSM system

this paper proposed a method which could forecast the WCDMA signal level by using the original GSM drive test data.Then design the software to simulate and analyze the WCDMA coverage by this way

and it has proved feasible from the trial network.Compared with other methods

this way is more conformable for operator which has constructed the GSM network widely to design the WCDMA network.It also has the guidance sig-nificance to other 3G systems.
