Firstly

this paper presents a uniform technology platform of 3rd generation mobile communications

and introduces the architecture of the platform and its system control subsystem. Then the function and inner principles of real-time status manage module are analyzed

involving its position in the whole system and relations to other functional modules. Furthermore

the treatment scheme of each process and task are analyzed

and how to collaborate and achieve the real-time detection on the bottom layer are also explicated.
