也称为彩信服务成为最有竞争力的增值业务之一。彩信业务对通信企业的贡献率将逐年增加。

Abstract

With the development of communication market

there is more fierce competition among service providers. Besides voice service

data service has turned into the focus of competition among service providers. Multimedia messaging service （MMS） is one of the most competitive value-added services in the com- munication market.
