摘要

针对目前我国农村乡镇医院信息化建设的落后现状

采用基于CTI技术和语音卡建立了乡镇医院呼叫中心。该系统采用了独特的设计方法

把计算机和通信技术联系在一起实现了呼叫系统的自动化

只要能通电话的地方都可以方便、快捷的使用该系统。应用结果表明

该系统运行稳定可靠

具有一定的实用性和推广价值。

Abstract

In view of our countryside hospital information construction backward situation in the present

this paper designs a villages hospital call center based on voice card and CTI. This system has used the unique design method

combination the computer with the communication

realized ringing system automation. It can be applied in villages hospital which can be use telephone. The application indicated that this system is reliable. The system has the certain usability and the promoted value.
