摘要

本文主要阐述了诺基亚西门子网络（E）GPRS系统中NACC功能的原理和涉及到的Timer、信令流程等

并对NACC功能作了详细的测试分析

小区重选性能明显改善。

Abstract

This paper dispicts the principle of NACC feature used in Nokiasiemens （E）GPRS system and the related timer

signaling process

etc. Detailed test and analysis was done for NACC feature in the live network. It shows that NACC feature brings obvious performance improvements for cell reselection.
