在重大自然灾害或重大事件发生后

人们迫切需要通过移动电话传递消息

这就造成了呼叫大量集中

大量用户的呼叫甚至反复呼叫给移动网络的接入性带来了极大挑战。本文探讨了大话务冲击下移动网络接入的各级瓶颈

并提出了应对建议

可供运营商参考。

Abstract

When the disaster or a very important event has happened

people will cry for communication by mobile phone. It causes too heavy traffic that the mobile communication network meets a big challenge. This article discusses the bottleneck of the access to the network

and we put forward some advance to the network operators.
