Abstract
Internet of things products are a new product group offered by China Mobile. With the competition between mobile service providers in China getting more and more intense
the development of this product group has strategic importance. This article analyzes the challenges and opportunities which China Mobile is going face during the development of Internet of things products
by means of SWOT and five forces model. It also analyzes possible solutions for overcoming the challenges.
