This paper proposes a network domain security management model for IMS.We introduce the framework of network domain security management

the mechanism of managing and distributing the keys

and the architecture of PKI.The security gateway in the model generates and manages keys and certi cates based on the architecture of PKI.IPSec protocol is used for implementing con dentiality and integrity protection.
