Abstract

To reduce the proportion of soft-handoff is a very important and urgent in the current CDMA network

by analysis the impact of CDMA soft handoff on system resources occupy and cdma2000 1x data services performance

proposed several ways to reduce the soft-handoff. Description of actual cases

to reduce the proportion of soft-handoff has achieved a marked increase in capacity and quality in the CDMA network.
