it’s normal for ultra-supercritical units to participate in the deep peak regulation. In view of the imperfect control strategy of large capacity units and the hydrodynamic safety problems in the process of deep peak regulation

the optimization of load change rate and low load coal water control is designed. After the deployment of the optimization strategy

according to the industry regulations

the load change of the 30 % ~ 50 % rated load range was tested

and the dynamic test of the optimized unit was carried out. The automatic control was continuously put into operation

and the process parameters were good. The test results reflect that the relevant control scheme can effectively improve the flexibility adjustment quality of the unit

which has certain reference significance for other units to participate in flexible peak shaving.
